Labor Day

On Sunday night we drove to Fillmore to play with all Jacob's friends at the Roper's barn (it's like, a cool hangout). We had the best dutch oven dinner, bags of candy, and all the ladies got to watch our husbands play football which was quite a treat. I love imagining what they all were like in high school and hearing all the funny stories of how they kept themselves entertained in a tiny town. I'm glad they've all grown up a lot since then, but not too much.
Finally Jacob set up our cots on the lawn and we slept under the stars which is actually not very cool when you're too blind to see the stars. It's also not cool to sleep on a farm, because all the animals have Tourette's and kept me up all night. Aside from that, it was a great way to spend our holiday!

Has anyone told you that the nunchuck is plugged in the wrong end of the wii remote?

bahaha. Has anyone told you you're a nerd for going around anonymously correcting people's nunchuk illustrations??
I noticed that a while ago, and it bugs me sometimes, but I don't think anyone else has noticed. Maybe if I ever have as much time on my hands as you do, I'll fix it.
